Aditi Padiyar

Aditi Padiyar (she/her) is a feminist grantmaker and program strategist with over a decade of experience advancing gender justice, economic equity, and participatory philanthropy across South Asia and East Africa. She currently serves as Program Officer at Women First International Fund, where she leads implementation of the South Asia portfolio focused on feminist and intersectional economic justice. Her work involves designing participatory grantmaking models, co-creating institutional strengthening programs, and building impact frameworks. At Women First, she leads virtual learning programs for emerging feminist leaders across East Africa and Southeast Asia.

Aditi is a Strategic Advisor at AmplifyChange, a multilateral SRHR fund, where she oversees a diverse grant portfolio across South Asia. Aditi was a Gender Youth Fellow at CSW68 (2023), Sustainability Fellow with One Million Leaders in Asia (2025), and Wedu Leadership Mentor (2024–25). 

Her prior roles include a Learning Consultant with Global Fund for Women, where she led grant reviews across diverse thematic portfolios, and as a Research Associate at Mama Cash, designing donor scoping strategies across Europe and North America. Fluent in 6 languages and certified in project management, digital strategy, and gender training, Aditi brings a multilingual, cross-sectoral lens to her work. She holds professional certifications from UCLA, UNICEF, Google, and continues to expand her learning through a Capacity Building certification at Washington State University's GendePro Centre.
