Tracy Tse Betz has had a 20-year career at PwC, working in a variety of positions. Currently, as a Partner in PwC Trust Solutions, she focuses on Financial Services clients and her expertise is related to auditing and accounting services, specializing in risks and controls in technology and operations. She has expertise in helping Financial Services organizations achieve their governance, risk management, and compliance objectives across business and technology operations in an evolving regulatory environment.

Tracy also has expertise in helping organizations develop and implement data management programs, and aligning that strategy with technology innovation objectives and fulfillment of evolving regulatory requirements. In addition, she has significant experience in Trust and Transparency Services, and helping organizations report to their customers over processes and internal controls.

Tracy spent a few years in PwC's National Quality Organization, helping to develop the firm's audit methodology around data and technology risks, including cybersecurity. As a Partner at PwC Trust solutions, Tracy is currently involved in a variety of diversity initiatives to help improve the existing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) landscape of the corporation.

She is a Certified Public Accountant (AICPA). She holds ISACA certification as a “Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)” as well as in “Certification in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)”. In addition, she’s earned PwC’s “Human Centered Design” knowledge badge. Tracy has always been motivated to help those who have less resources to succeed and thrive.

Her professional skill set helps clients strategize and evolve business models. She will enjoy using her insights around strategy, especially around the areas of risk and audit, in support of Women First’s mission and its grantee partners.
