Neha Reval

Board Member

Neha is a Program Officer at The Just Trust, where she leads a portfolio focused on community health and safety. Prior to this role, she was a Senior Program Officer at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. With the Program on Global Health Justice and Governance, she led programming and research at the intersection of gender, global health, and human rights. Neha has fifteen years of experience in program development, research, and capacity building related to health, women and children’s rights, and grassroots social change. She additionally has expertise in organizational development principles including facilitation, leadership development, and adult learning. Neha previously worked with Global Fund for Children, Frontline Solutions, and the New York Women’s Foundation. She was a community development volunteer with the Peace Corps in Moldova.  She holds an M.A. from American University’s School of International Service and a B.A. in Sociology and Gender Studies from Rutgers University.
