Marketing and Knowledge Management Director

Jenny Chang is the Marketing and Knowledge Management Director at Women First, where she leads strategic efforts to elevate the organization’s visibility, strengthen its communications infrastructure, and amplify the voices of grassroots women leaders worldwide.

With over 20 years of experience in marketing, media, and project management for mission-driven organizations, Jenny brings deep expertise in driving multimillion-dollar campaigns, increasing audience engagement, and securing top-tier media coverage. Her work has supported a wide range of initiatives—from veterans’ mental health and climate justice to global human rights and public health—for organizations including Cohen Veterans Network, Easterseals, Sierra Club, WITNESS, PBS Foundation, the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, and the National Institutes of Health.

At Women First, Jenny ensures that marketing, media, and knowledge-sharing efforts are impactful, strategic, and rooted in the organization’s mission to champion women-led change.

She holds two master’s degrees—in Strategic Communications from American University and International Policy and Practice from The George Washington University. Outside of work, Jenny can be found with her 10-year-old daughter, teaching her how to be strong, kind, and bold herself
